Hi,

Im trying to create an android app, that scans an image, and retrives some data from my server, matching the image name. After retriving the data, I'm trying to play some video on the surface detected by MAXST SDK. The problem I'm facing is, the videoPlayer provided by Maxst can't seem to stream videos from my server smoothly. The streaming is very slow. Is there any suggestion how we can solve this?

We plan to purchase a lisence once development is complete. It will be very helpful if we're provided with further assistance.

Thanks for your interest to our MAXST AR SDK.

When using Cloud Recognition, you must use MAXST's server.

When you send a query image to the your server, is the purpose of finding a matching name on your server?

If not, is it another purpose?

If you have other questions, feel free to questions us.

The purpose of my query to my server is to fetch a video url associated with my image name. This part is working fine. But when I'm trying to stream this url, Maxst videoplayer class is taking a long time.

Please tell our a more information about your development environment.

Does you use Native-Android or Unity-Android?

Does you use Image Tracker or Cloud Recognition?

And then, Where did you see the videoplayer's function code?

If you have other questions, feel free to questions us.
