Conflict testing on ios device (Cloud Recognition)

2. Development Environment: Unity-iOS
3. Tracker/Scanner:Cloud Recognition
4. License Type(Free / Pro-One Time Fee / Pro-Subscription / Enterprise):Pro-Subscription
5. Target Device(Optional):iPad
Hello, good afternoon. I am upgrading my project from Maxst 4.1.x (Cloud Recognition) to Maxst 5.0.2. But I am having problems on iOS devices, these problems are that it is not showing the content in the marker.
The weird thing about this is that the project works on Android devices as well as Unity Editor Android and Unity Editor iOS (it's the same code for both).
My project contains this configuration:
- Unity 2019.4.15f1
- Facebook 8.1.1
- Firebase 6.16.1
- Xcode 12.2
- iOS 11
- UnityWebRequest
My question is do I need some extra configuration for it to work on iOS devices.

Nothing needs to be added to the iOS device.
And then, We can't understand your deveoping environment.
Is the environment where the issue occurs is the iOS native development environment
or Unity-iOS development environment?

The problem occurs in the Unity-iOS development environment. My problem is that in Unity Editor cloud recognition works, but when testing on iOS device (iPad), cloud recognition does not work.
Which iPad do you use?
If you tell us a device, we will test it with that device.
