Hi, First I search for the app in google Playstore but I don't find it, so I download it from ApkPure website, when I launch the app and I choose the option create map, the application start creating the map without any problem, but finally the app crashed.

I try to create the map other time with more attention, and finally when I save the map and I try to send it to email I got this error:"Unable to add attachment", same error when I use both of gmail and outlook email app.

I try to create this project:

I hope from your support team to fix this problem and add more option to send file not just by email.

Thanks.

Thank you for your interest in MAXST AR SDK.

In MAXST AR SDK 4.1.X or later, you need to create a map with Visual SLAM Tool app.

Please reference to bottom link about Visual SLAM Tool app

So AR Map Manager app not available any more ? how can I  detect 3D objects ?

Posted Date: 2021-04-30 2:22     Edited Date: 2021-04-30 7:28     Writer: sjkim

MAXST AR Map Manager App is a mobile application designed to help you with 3D space mapping process for Object Tracker.

But, MAXST AR Map Manager App is no longer available.

VIsual SLAM Tool app is an improved 3D scanner than the existed AR Map Manager App.

Visual SLAM Tool app is designed to help you mapping medium scale(0.3m - 1.5m size) 3D object/space.

Visual SLAM Tool app provides Bounding Box UI that specifies the mapping area and Pin UI to indicate the location

where you want to augment 3D content.

Also, The Object Tracker loads the map file(3d Map file made with Visual SLAM Tool app) and renders a 3D object on it.

Please refer Visual SLAM Learning Guide to create a map more precisely while scanning 3D space.

Is Visual SLAM Tool App can scan a building, or historical building like the Colosseum of Italy ?

Posted Date: 2021-05-03 1:37     Edited Date: 2021-05-03 1:37     Writer: sjkim

Unfortunatly, Visual SLAM Tool is optimized to create Medium Scale(0.3m-1.5m) objects and space 3D map.

So, we aren't currently able to create Large Scale objects.

Please reference to bottom link about Visual SLAM Tool guide.

Thanks Francisco for this information, but unfortunatly we are a small company from tunisia and we are working for a product we need to complete it before 15 August 2021, we are already start using the MAXST sdk image target and object trackable, and we built a small prototype that can be helpful, but the most important phase in this product, is the detection of the large spaces, like historical buildings.

If you can give me the exactly time that MAXST VPS can be available, or if there is other solution.
