[Notice] Revised Terms of Service and Discontinuation of Cloud License Pro Product (Effective Date: November 24, 2025)

Hello, this is Bitmax Co., Ltd.                                
We sincerely appreciate our valued customers for using our services.

To ensure stable service operation, our Terms of Service will be revised.
Additionally, we have decided to discontinue the Cloud License Pro product.

This notice serves as a 30-day advance notice regarding the revision of the Terms of Service and the discontinuation of the Cloud License Pro product. The effective date is November 24, 2025.

Key Changes
1. Revised Terms of Service
Changes:
(1) Specifying customer support and technical support hours
→ Operates weekdays (Mon-Fri) 09:00-18:00 (excluding lunch break 12:00-13:00)
(2) Excludes support on weekends and national holidays
(3) Additional fees and conditions may apply for emergency responses

Effective Date: November 24, 2025


2. Cloud License Pro Product Termination Notice
The Cloud License Pro product will be discontinued.


(1) Cloud License Pro Product Termination Date
Product Termination Date: November 24, 2025
After the product termination date, use of the Cloud License Pro product will be immediately suspended and will no longer be available.

(2) Refund Notice
If you have an active Cloud License subscription as of the termination date (November 24), a partial refund will be processed for that subscription.
Refunds will be processed in bulk via your payment method, and you will be notified separately upon completion.

Application and Inquiries
The revised terms and conditions and the termination of the License Pro product will take effect immediately on November 24, 2025.

Continued use of the service after the revised terms take effect
will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you have any objections regarding the revised terms or product changes,
please contact Customer Support or submit a withdrawal request before the effective date.

We appreciate your understanding regarding the termination of the Cloud License Pro product.
