Hello MaxST and others!

I have an issue that happens rarely. On occasion the AR Content the app displays has a weird(not expected) rotation. You can see the images attached to get a better idea of what I'm talking about. Any suggestions on how I can eliminate this from happening? Or fix it if it does happen?

Hello.

We understand the situation which you mentioned.

The situation occurs more offen when you use a target with longer width than height.

So I'd like to recommend that you use an overall image of a book cover as a target or an image with similar width as height.

Thanks.

Hey,

Thanks for a speedy reply but...

That doesn't apply here. The target is the whole book in this case, which means the height is larger than the width. The AR Content only covers the top portion of the book. Any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Ethan

Dear Ethan,

W're sorry that the issue occur rarely.

It's hard to eliminate the issue completely.

We'll try to reduce the occurence frequency consitently as the SDK version rise.

Thanks.
