Marker folders in cloud is missing suddenly!
I had a set of markers in a marker group folder in my pro cloud license, and the folder seems to have disappeared! Can you let me know how the marker folder got erased?
Our system can know your folder is not disappear. but if is that bug, we must find what is problem. than please send to me your folder state 'Capture'.
It looks like a bug in Maxst, my previous set of markers along with the folder have completely disappeared. The folder name was "Markers". And now i had to recreate the entire group.
Also, when i upload markers, sometimes it takes a signigicant amount of time (more than 30mins, and ultimately we end up reuploading the same marker multiple times until it processes it quickly) to process it and to display the ratings and sometimes it is quick. I am uploading standard jpg images as markers, generally 72dpi or 300dpi but all of them are within 720p resolution. Why is the recognition time inconsistent?
We will find that bug, and fix.

learning time for marker is inconsistent, because we have various async process for learning. we will check why time slow.
Ohh! okay please let me know once the inconsistency is fixed.
