Unusual image tracking behaviour
1. SDK Version: 4.1.1
2. Development Environment: Unity-iOS
3. Tracker/Scanner: Image (Single or Multi)
4. License Type: Free
5. Target Device(Optional): iPhone 10 Xs, iPad Pro 9.7
I've included a video below which explains the issue.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cPg0L95qleI
Most of the time when I'm tracking an image it's fine, but as you can see from the video it often gets the anchor wrong resulting in odd rotation and positioning.
This is using the standard "image tracking" sample, i've just added all 6 faces of the cube as image targets. It's in "Single Image" tracking mode, jitter Off, but the same issue happens with "Multi image tracking".
Is there anything I can do to help resolve this?
Thanks
Rob.
Sometimes there is a problem that pose is wrong. It is a problem that we already know, but it is not a problem that can be fixed easily. It will be modified later.

Hi Leo
We are making a final decision on which AR solution to select and the only reason for not going with your solution is because of the pose issue I mentioned above.
What would be really helpful for me is to understand if you plan to resovle this problem in a future release and if this fix is already scheduled for work in your release strategy as this may influence our decision on which solution to purchase.
If a fix is scheduled do you have a planned release date for the fix?
Thanks, Rob
