iOS Cloud Reco app crashes after launch on device

Please provide your development details as below;

1. SDK Version: 4.1.0 and 4.1.1
2. Development Environment: Unity-iOS, Unity-Android
3. Tracker/Scanner: Cloud Reco
4. License Type(Free / Pro-One Time Fee / Pro-Subscription / Enterprise): Trying free for Enterprise
5. Target Device(Optional): iOS iPhones with 12.3
 

Hi,

We are trying to deploy an iOS app with MAXST Cloud Recognition made with Unity but a few seconds after launching on device, the app crashes. It appears to be an Cloud Manager authentication method, as seen on the following screenshot (Xcode).

Could you please recommend an ideal setup of Unity, MAXST SDK and Xcode versions?

We are currently using 

Xcode: 10.2.1

Unity: 2018.3.12

MAXST SDK: 4.1.0 and 4.1.1

iOS: 12.3

Hi.
To use a cloud license, you must enter a cloud authentication key and value. This is separate from the SDK license and should be noted separately in the Cloud License section.
Currently, we do not officially support the Unity 2019 version. All other versions are confirmed to be working normally, and there is no recommended version of xCode.
