Please provide your development details as below;

1. SDK Version: 4.0.4
2. Development Environment: Native Android, Native iOS
3. Tracker/Scanner: Image Tracker
4. License Type(Free / Pro-One Time Fee / Pro-Subscription / Enterprise): Pro-One for 4.0.x / Free for 4.1.x
5. Target Device(Optional): all iPhones

Hello,

it takes 35 seconds to load tracking data (2dmap files) even on the latest iPhone XS and top Android devices it takes over 30 seconds to load the tracker data.

1. Is there a way to load the tracking data faster?

2. Is there a way to cache once initiated tracking manager with the tracker data?

Hello herolynxcom.

You seem to use a image tracker to load multiple 2dmaps, ranging from tens to hundreds. right?

1. There is no faster way to load trace data. However, when loading a large number of images as described above, it takes a long time to load, so use cloud tracker as an alternative. Cloud tracker is a method that stores the data of the target image in the cloud, and downloads and writes only 2dmap of the tracked image at that time.

2. There is no way to cache it.

Thank you.

Hello,

we are loading just 31 files (2dmaps), which we use to track data and loading that number of 2dmaps takes a lot of time...

1. So the only way to use Maxst to load more than for example 50 2dmaps in normal time is to use Cloud Recognizer service that is available in the Pro-Subscription plan, yes?

2. We are thinking about Pro-Subscription plan for 4.1.x license and can you tell me how long does it take to load for example 100 images using cloud tracker? it's less then a 60s?

Thank you in advance for your reply

Hello herolynxcom.

Cloud Tracker doesn't take any time to load 100 images or 1000 images, as I said before. This is because the target image entered in the current camera frame is recognized in real time and only the 2dmap is downloaded.

Thank you.
